Meet Mariam Fattah, a legal assistant at Berjak Law. Mariam is well organized and detail-oriented. She supports the legal team by assisting with document preparation, file management, and facilitating communication with clients and courts. Mariam brings invaluable experience from her time as a legal assistant at a boutique personal injury firm in Edmonton.

Mariam obtained her Legal Assistant diploma at CDI College in 2021.  She went on to attend MacEwan University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in 2025, majoring in Sociology with a specialization in Criminology and a minor in Legal Studies.

During her time at MacEwan University, Mariam co-founded and served as Vice-President for the MacEwan University Debate Club and led the MacEwan University Law Club as its president.

In her free time, Mariam enjoys challenging her analytical skills. She values spending time with loved ones and enjoys exploring Edmonton’s scenery.
