Meet Khalid Berjak, a founder and partner of Berjak Law. Khalid is a formidable advocate, a shrewd negotiator and an intelligent legal researcher. Khalid has ran full trials, appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, and various alternative dispute resolution forums.
Khalid’s decision to specialize in personal injury was a natural one, stemming from his experiences, aptitude, and exceptional ability to reach fair personal injury resolutions for his clients. Khalid tailors his personal injury files with the end in mind – arguing the matter in a courtroom before a judge if required. This approach to each file and his acquired reputation allows Khalid to negotiate on behalf of his clients from a position of strength, ensuring his clients get the best possible outcomes.
Apart from personal injury law, Khalid is also adept at handling commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Born and raised in Edmonton, Khalid has spent his entire post-education journey at the University of Alberta. Khalid’s mission is to rebalance the scales of Justice for the Edmonton community that raised him.
Besides fighting for Edmontonian’s rights, Khalid volunteers as a basketball coach at his former junior high school. Further, Khalid enjoys sharpening his mind and body, by reading and working out in his spare time. Khalid also enjoys spending generous time with his family and friends.
