Meet Blanca Lima. Blanca is a Notary Public of Alberta, Real Estate Conveyancer, and Wills & Estates Paralegal at Berjak Law. Blanca holds a diploma in Legal Studies as an Executive Legal Administrative Assistant and has been a certified Notary Public since 2016. With over 8 years of experience in legal research, documentation, and client support, Blanca has made a meaningful impact on the Edmonton community through her dedication and expertise.
In addition, Blanca supports the Berjak Law team by organizing files, facilitating communication with clients, realtors, and banks, and assisting in a wide range of legal matters. Blanca’s positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take on challenges make her an invaluable part of the team. Blanca is also fluent in both English and Spanish.
When not at work, Blanca enjoys staying active through working out, boxing, and playing soccer. She also values spending quality time with her family and friends.
