Meet Ahmad Berjak, a founder and partner of Berjak Law. A fierce advocate, staunch defender of his clients’ rights, and a thorough lawyer, Ahmad spares no effort in the pursuit of justice for his clients.

Ahmad specializes in immigration law, helping his clients build a new and fruitful future in Canada. Ahmad’s innovative approach includes building his clients’ profile in a way that puts them in the best position to receive a favourable decision on their immigration application.

Further, Ahmad is a skilled litigator, having successfully represented his clients before various tribunals and the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta. This gives Ahmad the experience and ability to challenge an unfavourable immigration decision if that need arises.

Ahmad completed both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctor degree with Distinction at the University of Alberta. While in his undergraduate and law school studies, Ahmad received numerous scholarships and awards, such as being named to the Dean’s Honour Roll and the Dean’s List in law school.

Further, Ahmad uses his skills and knowledge to help his community anytime he can, including volunteering as a Caseworker with Student Legal Services in law school and providing pro-bono immigration services to clients in need.

When not in the office, Ahmad enjoys travelling and spending time with his young family.
