Meet Ahmad Berjak, founder and partner of Berjak Law. A fierce advocate, staunch defender of his clients’ rights, and a thorough lawyer, Ahmad spares no effort in the pursuit of justice for his clients.
A skilled civil litigator, Ahmad maintains a broad civil litigation practice. Ahmad has successfully represented his clients before various tribunals, the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta. This gives Ahmad the experience and ability to represent you in a wide range of litigation cases, from general civil matters to restraining orders, injunctions, debt recovery and family law.
Ahmad has successfully represented his clients in difficult trials and applications before the court. Ahmad takes a tactical approach to all litigation files. He works with his clients to break down the issues and build a solid case, taking into account the facts, evidence and research. Ahmad passionately advocates on behalf of his clients, ensuring he places them in the best possible position to succeed.
Ahmad completed both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctor degree with Distinction at the University of Alberta. While in his undergraduate and law school studies, Ahmad received numerous scholarships and awards, such as being named to the Dean’s Honour Roll and the Dean’s List in law school.
Further, Ahmad uses his skills and knowledge to help his community anytime he can, including volunteering as a Caseworker with Student Legal Services in law school and providing pro-bono services to clients in need.
When not in the office, Ahmad enjoys travelling and spending time with his young family.
